Guidance for qube cafe members

Membership is not required to participate in qube cafe online, which is held online every day, and qube cafe, which is held every Monday. Anyone can participate and come to the store without reservation.

qube cafe conducts various activities with individuals or organizations that agree with the purpose of this cafe as members. They consist of individual members, student members, senior members, corporate members and supporting members. Members are composed of people (individuals, corporations, non-profit organizations, etc.) who support the activities of qube cafe. By becoming a member, you have the following benefits:

• Receive newsletters published irregularly
• Access to member-only tools
• Participating in quests

New membership

Membership qualification

The qualifications for each membership are as follows.

Validity period of membership

• The activity year of qube cafe is from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.
• Please note that if you join in the middle of a fiscal year, your membership will be valid until the end of the fiscal year at the time of enrollment (for example, if you join in January, your membership will expire on March 31 of that year. about two months).
• Please accept our apologies for the compensation for the service during the period until the enrollment procedure is completed.
• If you would like to apply for multiple corporate memberships, please contact qube cafe.
• Please contact qube cafe for enrollment from January to the end of March every year.

Reregistration

Even if you withdraw from qube cafe, you can rejoin at any time.

Annual Fees and Services

• No processing such as monthly installment of the annual membership fee will be performed. The annual membership fee is required regardless of the date of re-enrollment.
• Please do not compensate for membership services during the period of re-enrollment (until the secretariat procedure is completed) after withdrawal.
• If more than one year has passed since withdrawal, a registration fee will be charged. (same as new membership)

Membership ID (number)

• If it is less than one year after withdrawal, the old membership number will be assigned.
• If more than one year has passed since your withdrawal, we will, in principle, assign you a new membership number.
• It is possible to assign an old membership number even if it has been over a year. If you would like your old membership number, please contact qube cafe management.

Possibility of re-enrollment

If you have been expelled according to the rules, we may refuse your re-admission.

Annual membership fee when changing membership type

The registration fee will be waived if all of the following items apply.

• The procedure was performed during the renewal period.
• There is no change in the registered name.
• Any of the following regarding membership category
  • No change
  • Change from student member to individual member/senior member
  • Change from individual member to student member/senior member
  • Change from individual member/student member/senior member to supporting member
  • Change from a supporting member to an individual member, student member, or senior member
